At La Empresa, we organised one of the biggest events in Madrid’s recent history in record time.
In just three months, a project that began as an idea on paper became a reality capable of bringing nearly 1.5 million people onto the streets of Madrid.
At La Empresa, we were responsible for developing, producing and executing, in record time, the technical production for Pope Leo XIV’s visit to the capital, led by Javier Taberné; the event, which took place in June in Madrid, was of extraordinary logistical and operational complexity, establishing itself as one of the largest events held in the city’s recent history.
The event brought together more than 500,000 attendees during the Youth Vigil held in Plaza de Lima and more than a million people at the Holy Mass and the Corpus Christi Procession, which took place around Plaza de Cibeles, turning Madrid into the epicentre of a celebration of international significance.
We coordinated and managed all the audiovisual resources at the event’s main venues:

The scale of the project required thorough planning, precise execution and the coordination of numerous technical and operational teams, ensuring that all audiovisual equipment functioned correctly at each of the venues.
This project has been another milestone for us and demonstrates our ability to successfully manage highly demanding events, offering comprehensive technical solutions for large-scale events with an international reach.
