He specialises in sound, technical production and support for live events, with 24 years’ experience in the entertainment industry. Trained as a Senior Sound Technician at the Centre for Entertainment Technology (CTE), he has built his career at leading companies such as FLUGE, PRG and RMS Proaudio, taking part in international tours and major productions with a focus on technical excellence, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Committed to continuous professional development, he has expanded his knowledge of electricity, networking, rigging and radio frequency, enabling him to approach projects with a comprehensive technical perspective. Furthermore, he combines his professional work with teaching, delivering specialist training for schools and companies in the audiovisual and music sectors, where he is noted for his technical rigour and his ability to convey knowledge in a practical way.

N•STG was founded by Nanin and Nacho and is the first and only stage management company in Spain specialising in stage direction and the coordination of large-scale live events. Nanin and Nacho have over 20 years’ experience in live performances, TV programmes, corporate events and institutional ceremonies. They have been involved in highly complex projects requiring precise cross-departmental coordination between management, production, technical and artistic teams, protocol and security.
