N•STG was founded by Nanin and Nacho and is the first and only stage management company in Spain specialising in stage direction and the coordination of large-scale live events. Nanin and Nacho have over 20 years’ experience in live performances, TV programmes, corporate events and institutional ceremonies. They have been involved in highly complex projects requiring precise cross-departmental coordination between management, production, technical and artistic teams, protocol and security. Main responsibilities: * Comprehensive coordination of stage management services. * Stage direction, venue management and audience flow. * Management of multidisciplinary teams and cross-departmental coordination. * Creation and supervision of running orders, timings and operational procedures. * Transforming and implementing creative ideas into actual audiovisual projects. * Providing strategic support to management, production and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
